"Fast, professional, excellent customer service. Rang in the morning and by the afternoon they had arrived and were fixing the problem. They were extremely friendly on the phone and gave accurate estimate of the cost over phone. A 2 hour slot is given so no need to waste an entire day waiting. When they arrived they were friendly and explained the problem and the fix whilst showing me the parts. No hidden costs just charge for labour and the part that was needed. Highly recommend."

EXCELLENT COMPANY - DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Had child lock stuck on Bosch washer/dryer and couldn't remove it. Had a repair company out and even rang Bosch for a solution - nothing worked. Called JD (Dean) out - FREE CALL OUT - he checked it, went away, then rang me back with advice - and it worked! Dean certainly went the extra mile and his advice was far more valuable even than Bosch. Would definitely recommend.

"What a fantastic service. I had a bit of a crisis when at my 95 year old mother's. The washing machine wouldn't drain but I only had the morning there to sort out the problem before having to leave. Like Knights in shining armour, two wonderful men appeared, sorted out the problem (dreaded bath mats!) thoroughly tested everything and only charged "washers". I cannot thank them enough for helping me cope with a really tricky situation and for the quality and efficiency of their work. Such lovely people restore your faith in workmen!"

"Washing machine wasn’t spinning. Rang JD services and the guy asked if I had a bath mat in the machine. I did. I removed the bath mat and hey presto the machine spun!
